On Sunday, 27th July 2025, Terry Hissey of the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, Harrow & Roxeth, presented recognition certificates to the church of St John the Baptist, Greenhill, for raising just under £1,400 for the appeal last year and to Peter Polkinghorne (pictured on the left with Terry) for 5 years of service. Thanks to the other St John’s volunteers.
